Interior Design.
ADF Interiors is a boutique design firm experienced in various types and sizes of design and decorating projects. I have personally worked in the design industry for over 20 years. I work with a network of qualified tradespeople, wholesalers and manufacturing sources who share my passion for quality craftmanship and customer service.
Services & fees
I follow a collaborative approach with clients. I believe your home should reflect who you are and include things you love. Design time, job coordination, ordering products and site visits are invoiced at $125 per hour. Travel time is invoiced at $62.50 per hour.
The Consultation
The process begins with a 1 to 1.5 hour on-site meeting to clarify the scope of work and get a better understanding of your vision. The consultation is also where initial ideas are generated. A summary of what was discussed, along with recommendations, is sent out following the consultation. The consultation fee is $350.
Design, Research & Presentation
If you decide on to move forward with us, I follow up with a proposal and for the next phase. I work with trades, if required, to come up with the best possible design. I source materials and finishes as well as window coverings, rugs, furniture and accessories. I choose paint colours and also design storage solutions, if needed, to maximize the functionality of your home. This is followed by a meeting for you to review drawings and sourced items for approval.
Project Implementation & Installation
Once approved, I place orders, arrange for deliveries, schedule and manage all trades to make the process as seamless as possible. My extensive network of resources and industry partnerships delivers outstanding hands-on service. ADF Interiors has been awarded the Houzz customer service award for the last 7 years.
